This privacy policy applies to the Shopify applications developed and operated by Upthink ("we", "us", "our"), including WrapTier, GiftTier, and ShipTier (the "Apps").
When a merchant installs one of our Apps, we may access store data made available through the Shopify API that is necessary for the App to function, which can include order details, product information, and customer information relevant to the App's purpose (for example, order data needed to calculate gift wrapping options or shipping thresholds).
We use this information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality for the merchant who installed it. We do not sell merchant or customer data to third parties.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality, or as required by law. If a merchant uninstalls an App, we will delete associated store data within a reasonable period, consistent with Shopify's app requirements.
We may use third-party service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) to operate our Apps. These providers are bound to protect data consistent with this policy.
